Terms And Conditions
- We offer free advice and consultation, where one of our consultants will come and oversee the job at hand.
- We then send you a quotation either by fax, post or email within a number of days depending on the duration of the job.
- The quote will contain the specific requirements of the work to be undertaken, the cost of material and the cost of the job.
- We offer a spread payment service depending on the duration of the job. Firstly a deposit is required to secure the job, secondly an interim payment and then a final payment.
- Along with the quotation will be a contract for you to sign and date, and send back either by fax or post. This confirms a legal obligation for Transworld to undertake the work.
- All work is subject to Public Ltd and Employers Liabilty Insurance. This affords protection financially in case of injury to public or workers.
- We offer competitive prices any quote you are unhappy with under "reasonable circumstances", a meeting would take place where the price could be renegotiated.
- All work carried out has a one year workmanship guarantee attached to it.
