Multi-Disciplinary Team

The MDT are well experienced in their respective fields. We have general builders, interior designers, electricians, plumbers, roofers and fitters of various kinds who are available to consult with you and gauge your specific requirements. The team can show you images and plans, they will take the time and patience to give you a theoretical vision of what you need, which will then create a picture of what you desire.

Certified Surveyors.

The surveyors will come and visit the site for appraisal and see whether the project is viable. Then a decision will be made to see whether the project is warranted. There are different types of surveyors who can advise on party wall surveys, land surveyors and quantity surveyors.

Architects.

This part of the team will measure the house or building and then prepare the drawings. Then the plans are submitted to the planning department at the council and if that is approved the detail work of foundation drawings will commence.

Building Suppliers

We have a number of accounts with building suppliers and manufacturers in the London and South East region.

Health & Safety

All work is undertaken according to Health and Safety standards, where we manage occupational health risks in construction.
